We are a pet-friendly community; however, two pets are allowed per apartment home with no size limit. Please refer to the breed restriction list if you plan to add a furry family member. We do not allow visiting pets.
Wilson County has a 24-hour noise ordinance. If you have any noise or after hours concerns, please contact the City of Wilson police department 252-399-2323.
Thornberry Park offers 3-13 month lease terms and rates do vary daily.
You are only allowed 2 guests per unit for amenities.
Satellite dishes are not permitted due to community rules and regulations.
Your mailbox is located in the center of your building; it is labeled with your apartment number on it. We do not allow mail for non-lease holders to be delivered to your apartment.
You are required to give a 60-day notice prior to your lease end date. Yes, even on 3-month lease terms.
Please dispose of your trash in the compactor by building 600. Boxes need to be broken down, and they will need to fit in the chute. If there are any issues with the compactor and you are unable to dispose of your trash, please inform the office staff and do not leave it on the steps to avoid a trash pick-up fine.

The mechanical chip attached to your keys is your electronic key fob. This fob allows access to our pool and 24-hour business center, fitness center, and laundry center. Pool hours are from 10 am to sundown year round.
